2019-2020:
VRC Tower Takeover
About the Game:
Game Description:
In VRC Tower Takeover, points are scored by placing cubes in your alliance's corner, or "goal." The point value of each cube is 1+however many cubes of that color are placed in towers. A match starts with a 15 second autonomous period, where robots run pre-coded programs, without drivers. This is followed by a 1:45 driver control period.
About Our Robot:
Our 2019-2020 robot, LOL66 4.0, could score cube stacks of 6-7 and score/descore all towers except for the highest. While in the down position, the intakes can suck cubes into the tray, and the tray tilts to vertical to stack the cubes. The intakes can move up with a cube to score in towers.
